Tourism and the disabled

Starting with its very design, Vulcania has strived to welcome disabled visitors, individually and in groups. This commitment can be witnessed in its organisation and facilities. The site has been awarded the National Accessibility Charter and, in 2003, the Tourism and Disabled persons quality label for its capacity to welcome physically and mentally disabled visitors. In 2006, the site was also awarded this label for hearing and visually-impaired persons.
