How to get to Vulcania

Vulcania is located in the Parc Naturel Régional des Volcans d’Auvergne (Regional Nature Park of the Volcanoes of Auvergne) about fifteen kilometres from the centre of Clermont-Ferrand.

In order to preserve the natural beauty of this exceptional site, Vulcania perfectly harmonises with its natural surroundings, with most of its facilities underground. Typical of its massive and mineral architecture, Vulcania’s emblematic cone rises at the centre of the park like a volcano, the latest addition to the Chaîne des Puys.

Based on the Adventure of Planet Earth, Vulcania is a tribute to the spectacular and constantly changing history of volcanoes.
