The purchase of tickets or stays on the Vulcania websites are orders for which payment is required.
Right of withdrawal:
In the case of distance purchases (internet, telephone, mail order, teleshopping, etc.), the consumer has a right of withdrawal and may be reimbursed for the goods or services ordered. This right must be exercised within 14 days and no reasons need to be given.
Article L121-21-8 of the French Consumer Code sets out exceptions to the right of withdrawal, in particular for leisure services.
In accordance with this provision, the purchase of tickets or holidays on the Vulcania websites are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
