Presentation of the park in sign language (LSF)

Vulcania has been awarded the “Tourisme et Handicap” (Tourism and Disability) label for visitors with hearing impairments, and offers a range of adapted services to make your visit as comfortable as possible:

  • Magnetic loops in the screening rooms (Astrodôme, Planète dévoilée, Réveil des géants d’Auvergne, Ecran géant).
  • Free loan of an audioguide fitted with a magnetic loop, allowing access to all audio-visit content, including film commentaries, in 5 languages.
  • Free loan of a video guide, allowing access to all the audio-visit content and attractions in sign language (LSF) or with French subtitles.

Namazu

To access Namazu, you must: bend your knees; hold on with at least 1 hand (2 hands for children) at the front of the vehicle for the duration of the attraction; if necessary, be able to climb a staircase with 59 steps, walk a distance of 100 m and go down a few steps, alone or with the help of a companion.
